Ireland V Estonia play offs thread
0-1 Ireland at half time. Estonia are down to 10 men.
Go on Ireland.
Go on Ireland.

Nice to have television sorted for a Tuesday night. Would like to be watching it in the pub for what will be Irelands first ever time to qualify for a major tournament on home soil. I'd say the crack will be mighty.

Am heading up to this. Booked the tickets ages ago, first time I've gone to a soccer match in years, fairly poxy of me I suppose!

Naa man just rewards for booking. I'd go too if I could. Qualifying for a major tournament on home soil for the first time ever will be something else. Have a few scoops for me.

1-1 against the run of play.
I felt Given could have done better but it dosent really matter at this stage

Not a great match but who gives a fuck we are going to the Euros. I thought Ward played well. Will have a sore head tomorrow but it will be worth it. It would be nice to get England in the draw again with a similar end result as well hopefully but I don't think Trap will fear anyone and will be hard to beat. Its great to be able to look forward to a tournament next summer and four guaranteed days of bedlam.

Great result and the scenes in the Aviva were something else. Fair play Trap, he has a lot of knockers but this is some achievement. Given the choice between beautiful football and actually qualifying I know what I'd pick.
Would love to travel next summer but I doubt it tbh. However I havent been in the country for a major tournament game since Houghton scored against England in 88 so I'm looking forward to soaking up the atmosphere at home. I'm expecting it to be fucking mental and considering Greece won it who know how far we can go.
