A Cork Christmas Celebration on the Grand Parade.
Im a bit late because it started on Friday but better late then never I always say
Cork City Council in association with Bord Gáis Energy presents the 2010 "A Cork Christmas Celebration on the Grand Parade".
Starting with the official launch at 5pm on Friday, November 26th, this award winning festival ignites the Christmas spirit of the City Centre. There is a new "Rockin Robin" themed illumination in Bishop Lucey Park - a wonderland of magic and spectacle, robins and snow, a secret Santa Village at the Beamish and Crawford site and a host of traditional Christmas activities including Christmas musical performances, funfairs and the celebrated food and craft markets on Grand Parade.
Market, Grand Parade Opening Times
Friday 26th– Sunday 28th November, 10am-8pm
Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th December, 10am-8pm
Friday 10th – Sunday 12th December, 10am-8pm
Friday 17th – Wednesday 22nd December, 10am-8pm
The Christmas Markets will open from 10am to 8pm, the Beamish and Crawford Site will be open from 12noon to 8pm while the magical atmosphere of Bishop Lucey Park can be experienced each afternoon from 4pm -8pm.
