I'm a cockroach get me out of here!

Normally reality tv is not my thing but every once in a while even I cant ignore it.
In one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen on telly, Fatima Whitbread got a cockroach up her nose in the latest trial on IACGMOOH
In one of the show's most gruesome scenes, the Olympic champ had a syringe of water squirted into her nostril to sluice out the creepy crawlie through her mouth.
The roach got stuck during Fatima's Fill Your Face head-to-head trial against Pat Sharpto decide who would get the boot.
