Do You Support The Irish Soccer Team?

To be honest i was always indifferent towards them.For me an ireland match is just a social outing for all the working class Dubs and Cork hating gimps from the 31 to hang out and blame Roy Keane for all there problems.

I'd pick the rugby team over the soccer team.

I don't get worked up over the soccer.

I watch the sport alot but it would only be my 4th or 5th favourite.

I don't really enjoy watching soccer.Id sit through a GAA or Aussie Rules match no bother.To be honest soccer players strike me as being a bunch of overpaid wimps.

Thats true, but its more for entertainment I watch it. I treat soccer like a soap really because thats what Sky have made it into.
I can't understand people who are Utd or Liverpool 'supporters'.

I'm not big on Aussi rules though. Might have a bet on it the odd time. Other than that, meh.

I used to go to almost all the home and away games years ago.

Still go to the odd home game.

Good trips away they were too.

I remember usa 94 like it was yesterday and i was 10 years old that time.I also remember some promotion that Gateux were doing for italia 90 where i got a Packy Bonner sticker with a swiss roll.That would by as far back as i can remember.

If we do qualify for the euros at least it will make next summer exciting.

Of course we fucking do. Better then supporting a team of mercenaries representing a area we have no connection with.
